Conventional dense gunning mixes engineered for temperatures up to 3200°F (1760°C).

Available in fireclay, alumina, magnesia, silicon carbide, and zirconia.

Applications include air heaters, boilers, heat treat furnaces, and incinerators.

Low-density insulating gunning mixes engineered to be lightweight and provide low thermal conductivity in temperatures up to 3300°F (1815°C).

Available in fireclay, alumina/silica.

Applications include backup lining for other conventional and low cement gunning mixes.

Low and No Cement

Low and no cement gunning mixes engineered for high density, abrasion resistance, install versatility in temperatures up to 3300°F (1815°C).

Available in fireclay, alumina, silica, silicon carbide, and zirconia.

Applications include rotary kilns, coolers, cyclones, aluminum, reheat, and annealing furnaces.
